Video: Using an Auto Brake to custom-fold metal componentsBending light gauge 10'-0" long strips of painted steel to form perimeter flashing for a roof. The bending process is assisted by a computer that controls an automated back gauge that positions the material to a predefined location for a for a per-defined angular bend. The bending sequence can be epeated many times to give consistancy to all the flashing pieces on a job.
