Video: Computer-Driven Plasma Cutter at Hahnel Brothers Co. in Maine.  Burning an Auto-Cadd generated cresent shaped baffle from a 4'-0" by 10'-0" ~ 3/16" thick plate of aluminum. The plasma torch burns the two dimensional shapes a computer downloads to the selected sheet sizes after nesting the pieces in the most efficient arrangement over the fewest sheets.
